Dr C,

I've been reading a lot about ph balance in the body. I recently had a bladder infection and my mom told me to try taking baking soda. 1 tsp twice a day in water. it worked! i also realized that the burning sensation I wake up with on my tongue that I had complained to you about was gone. I also have had less of my stomach bloating and pain. You also have started me on the new herbal anti biotics for my SIBO so maybe that has something to do with it. I was just wondering if I am having all these problems with bacteria in my stomach and bladder because my body is too acidic?

Thanks,
Heidi

hello!
thank you for the reminder on heat and electrolytes during this overheated season.... the article popped up on selecting 'resolve fatigue'.
I hope the seminar tonight is well-attended as I certainly wish I was there in person!
while certainly any malaise or 'un' healthy situation can be reversed, the question becomes "what" to change, now that your efforts have us so well educated about so many things:)
some good and healthy choices are being made, so in continuing chronic fatigue, what next?
it has been very surprising to find that "ribose" does actually help a bit, since in general it also is so much better to avoid sugar. there is one drop in the very big bucket, so your presentation will be greatly appreciated.

Really enjoyed and found value in your article on soluable fiber. I've been eating alot of it in the last year and a half and have had a much happier gastro intestinal system. Previously it had almost ruled my life. I feel much healthier with a happy tummy. Your info confirmed I'm on the right track with my favorite carbs.
